By completing a purchase at Packed-Suitcase.com you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accept the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. If at any time you disagree with our policies and procedures, we kindly ask that you refrain from using our website.

Packed-Suitcase strives to protect our customers at all times. For any order to be processed, the billing information provided must be current and in compliance with your credit card issuer. If the information provided at checkout does not clear the necessary checkpoints and authorizations, we reserve the right to deny any order or request further verification.

Placing an order via our website does not immediately guarantee your shipment. Additional security screens, authorization forms, and/or identity verification, may be required before a sale is completed and shipped.

All orders must be paid in full and pass all authorization checks prior to shipment. In accordance with local distribution regulations, sales tax will be added to all orders placed within New York State.

For authorized payments made by credit card, funds may be held up to 30 days depending on the issuing credit card company, so please check the policy of your lending institution. If you are paying with an ATM/Debit Card, please make sure you are aware of daily withdrawal limitations (if any) on your card.

*Please Note: As mentioned above, Packed-Suitcase strives to take the best care of its customers at all times. There are numerous policies in place for the protection of all cardholders and customer identities. If you are shipping to an address that is different from your billing address, a flag will be raised in our system.

Please be advised that a mismatch between the shipping and billing address is a common circumstance found in fraudulent orders and employees are required by policy to inspect for further details. Each situation is handled individually and on a case by case basis. Persons who commit credit card fraud will be reported to the FBI and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. ALL fraudulent information will be provided to the appropriate issuing credit card company, shipping carrier, and business partners/networks.

While Packed-Suitcase strives to ensure that all product pricing and product availability is up to date on our website, please be aware that unforeseen delays can happen due to supply, demand, and other external factors. When we receive updates on orders/shipments, including delays, back-orders, changes in product availability, etc., our team will do its best to relay any new information to customers in a timely fashion. Please understand that receiving an email confirmation does not confirm your order. Every order is manually processed by our team each business day.

Cancellations

Since each order is manually processed, all changes to an order (including cancellations) must be submitted prior to the order shipping out. Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding National Holidays) from 8:30am-2pm EST. If an order is placed after 2pm EST, it may not be processed until the following business day. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to stop shipments. Please wait to receive the item and then request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The guidelines on how to request an RMA number can be found on our Returns & Exchanges page located at the footer of the website. In the event that a product has shipped out and the customer refuses delivery, the customer will be held responsible for the cost of shipping in both directions, a 20% restocking fee, and a 5% administrative fee for an unauthorized return.

International Customers

Due to the varying import and export policies of each country, Packed-Suitcase Enterprises Corp. holds no responsibility in understanding and implementing these restrictions. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to contact their local customs department to verify that the item(s) purchased through Packed-Suitcase.com are legally permitted to be delivered.

In the event that an item is returned due to a customs denial, international law, or the inability to be delivered to a specific country, the cost of shipping is non-refundable. Packed-Suitcase is also unable to refund any customs or duties fees paid by international customers. Please understand that since our company does not collect additional payment for these fees, we are not able to reimburse them.

International shipping costs quoted on our check-out page are calculated based on the weight and dimension(s) of the item(s) purchased. Please be aware that the shipping cost does not include any applicable fees associated with duties and taxes. Duty and tax fees are the responsibility of the customer.
